Ferienwohnung Amselnest

Our flat is directly located in 76848 Schwanheim at the edge of the forest quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The Amselnest is renovated in February 2019. We lay a new hygienic Vinyllaminat floor, the bath gets a new shower basin and a new wardrobe completes the bedroom. A glass sliding door separate the living quarter of the corridor as of then.
The old pictures are still online at the moment. As soon as we have completed the renovation, these are updated of course.

The Amselnest was certified and honoured in June 2018 of the "Deutsche Tourismusverband" with 3 stars. The document has been put up in the Amselnest.

The Flat disposes a separate bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) in pleasant height of 60 cm without base part. A separate and new taking a shower bath is at your disposal with toilet and washing machine.

A new fitted kitchen is integrated in the big living space. It is equipped with one Senseo, one normal Coffee-Machine, microwave, automatic dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator, toaster, egg boiler etc.

The comfortable sofa invites to relax in the living corner, a LED TV is available, about one fire TV-Stick you can use the apps and Mediatheke also of independent radios.

A DVD player and a stereo set is at your disposal with CD player. You also find a small choice of books and games.
The flat is equipped with modern infrared radiators as well as a fireplace stove. You find firewood on the terrace and is free.
You find flyers, cards and information material, in the living space in the dispenser. My guest briefcase gives you further tips for businesses and excursions as well as information about country, people and region.

The 25 sqm terrace in a southwesterly direction with garden furnitures (2 couches, seating furnitures) stands you for the sole use at the disposal. Enjoy the view over a glass of Pfälzer wine there and listen to the silence. An awning is available.

You can park your car, a motorcycle, E bike or bicycle in the garage. The use is including. There is an electrical outlet in the garage.
