A pretty, cozy cottage for small youth groups, families and "leisure games". The quiet location, 2 km from the center, offers relaxation and recreation. Right next door: the inn Rosenmayer known for its exquisite cuisine, a tennis court and children's playground. Holiday guests with cat and dog 'are well placed with us.

DIRECTIONS
Arrival by car A1 from Salzburg: leave the motorway in Amstetten (exit West), continue in the direction of Grein (19 KM), continue in the direction of St. Nikola (5 KM), in St. Nikola turn left in the direction of Waldhausen (8 KM)
Arrival by car A1 from Vienna: leave the motorway in Ybbs, continue through Ybbs towards Grein (22 KM), in Sarmingstein turn right towards Waldhausen (8 KM)
Arrival by train: Westbahnhof to St. Valentin, change to Donauuferbahn or Westbahnhof to Amstetten, change to bus direction Grein, Waldhausen, Dorfstetten
