Our facility is located on a hill in a very sunny southern position without a through road in the southern Carinthian lake region, just a few minutes' drive to the warmest bathing lakes in Europe.

Thanks to the advantage of our Mediterranean-influenced climate, you can spend the majority of your holiday outdoors until late in the evening. This immediate access to nature allows you to perceive our beautiful surroundings with all your senses and maximize relaxation.
