This cozy apartment is located about 20 km east of Innsbruck, in the charming village of Fritzens. Nestled in a lovingly designed wooden house on an organic farm, the apartment offers a particularly warm and homely atmosphere – ideal for relaxing and feeling good.

The natural surroundings invite numerous excursions and activities, while simultaneously providing excellent transport connections: Public transport is right at the doorstep, and a large train station with very good train connections is also quickly accessible.
Whether for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers, or active vacationers – this apartment combines rural tranquility with optimal infrastructure and diverse options for leisure activities.

The spacious 72 m² apartment offers plenty of space to relax and feel at home. It features two cozy bedrooms: One room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers a large bed – ideal for two children or one adult.

 
The stylish bathroom invites you to unwind with a bathtub. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large kitchenette, which provides plenty of space for creative cooking. Fresh ingredients can be conveniently found in the self-service farm shop right next door.

Relaxing hours are ensured by a cozy sofa, perfect for reading or simply unwinding – in line with a conscious digital detox. The living experience is completed by a beautiful, sunny terrace that invites you to linger and enjoy.

Parking:
The parking space is located directly in front of the house. The apartment is on the ground floor.

Please note: In Tyrol, there is a legally mandated local tax. This amounts to € 2.60 per night per person (from 15 years) and is included in the price. For the final cleaning of the apartment, we charge a one-time fee of € 100. This ensures that the accommodation is always prepared in the best condition for all guests.
