The Dr. Muxel house was built in a modern, alpine style.
The house is situated in a quiet, elevated, and sunny south-facing location.
The well-equipped holiday apartments offer a dreamlike panoramic view over the village and the wonderful Lech mountain backdrop.
The free ski bus stops a few steps from the house on the main road and takes you at regular, short intervals to the center of Lech as well as to each lift station.
It is about a 10-minute walk to the village center. The beautiful winter hiking trail "Flühenweg," which leads to both the district of Stubenbach and the center of Lech up to the church, is just a few steps away - as is the new long-distance hiking trail "Lechweg," which takes you from Lech to Füssen through the alpine region and the last wilderness areas of Europe.
A sport and wellness park (with a climbing wall and tennis courts) is about a 5-minute walk from our house.
We also want our little guests to feel comfortable: cots, baby seats, and sledges are provided.

- Arrival - Check-In: from 15:00 (Luggage can be brought earlier.)
- Departure - Check-Out: until 10:00 am (luggage can be deposited in the ski room until the evening. Liability excluded).
In winter, there is only one way: Via Bludenz, S 16, Flexenstrasse and Zürs to LECH. In summer, you can also travel via the Lech Valley or the Hochtannberg Pass (Warth). By TRAIN:
Train station: Langen am Arlberg (17 km) or St. Anton am Arlberg (20 km) as international express train stations. Regular bus connections to Lech as well as taxi transfers; Travel time: approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
By PLANE:
Nearest international airport: ZURICH (200 km) – from Zurich, there are several daily train connections to Langen or St. Anton am Arlberg. In winter, there is also a private bus transfer service operated by Arlberg-Express from Zurich Airport directly to Lech. Please reserve a ticket in good time.
