Residence Corte 1
Corte delle Dolomiti is a complex of accommodation and interest facilities, recently renovated, located in Veneto, in the Dolomites, at the foot of Monte Antelao, about 2.5 km from Borca di Cadore and only 16 km from Cortina D'Ampezzo.
The large complex was established in the early 1960s, strongly desired by Enrico Mattei and designed by Edoardo Gellner; today it is one of the largest examples of social architecture in Italy.
Set in a private park between 1,000 and 1,300 meters above sea level, the Corte delle Dolomiti complex occupies an area of 120 hectares, entirely covered by woods. The Village consists of the Hotel Boite **** and the Residence Corte *** within a context of over 270 chalets immersed in the forest, a SPA and a church – Nostra Signora del Cadore – a masterpiece of architecture by the great Carlo Scarpa. It also hosts an adventure park, a mountain workshop, and last but not least, a gem set in the memory of time the scenic village of huts that soar at the top of the park.
Price
The Residence has 44 furnished apartments, divided into studios and one-bedroom apartments, with an induction kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.

The Hotel has 84 Classic double rooms that can be set up to accommodate over 180 guests when needed. A restaurant, a lounge bar, and a meeting room. All rooms are equipped with a balcony overlooking Mount Pelmo, the Rocchette, and Mount Rite, HD TV, minibar, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, safe, and wi-fi.
Village of huts: The complex consists of forty huts with 6 beds each, divided into 4 groups of 10 huts, each group with dedicated sanitary facilities and showers.

The Residence is located a few metres from State Road No. 51 of Alemagna, accessible from the south from the A27 (Venice - Belluno) motorway and from the north via State Road No. 49 of Val Pusteria from the Bressanone exit of the A22 (Modena-Brenner) motorway. The nearest station to Borca di Cadore is Calalzo. From there the DolomitiBus buses will take you to Borca di Cadore. The nearest airports to Borca di Cadore are Venice and Treviso.
