The holiday apartments "Bachemer Blick" are located in the district of Ahrweiler in a multi-family house, just a 7-minute walk from the town center. The holiday apartment "Bachem" offers 70 sqm of living space on the 2nd floor and accommodates 2 people. The holiday apartment "Niddehöde" (100 sqm) is situated on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to four people with its 2 separate bedrooms. Both apartments offer a wonderful view of the vineyards and wooded areas surrounding Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. They are located in a very quiet and central area in a traffic-calmed zone. Parking is available directly at the holiday apartment or within 30 meters. A bakery and a discount store are less than a 5-minute walk away.
Price
The holiday apartments are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM.
On the day of departure, the apartments must be cleaned to a broom-clean state by 11:00 AM.
For late check-out, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, half of the daily price will be charged.
For a later check-out (after 6:00 PM), the cost of one overnight stay will be charged.
Deposit: 20% of the total amount. The deposit must be transferred within 10 calendar days.
The remaining payment is due 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
For short-term bookings (arrival within 28 calendar days), the deposit is waived and the total invoice amount must be transferred in advance.
For even shorter bookings (7 calendar days or less) and arrivals, payment is to be arranged, usually in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation conditions remain unaffected.
Cancellation fees:
90% of the overnight price
(unless it can be rented otherwise during the booking period)
Please note that the guest contribution (tourist tax) will be charged separately!

Please note that the holiday apartments are available for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
We reserve the right to charge a deposit of 20% of the travel price when reserving the holiday apartment. Please pay the remaining amount by bank transfer before your arrival. The payment methods regarding deposit and final payment are defined in our invoice. For short-term bookings (arrival within 7 calendar days), the deposit is waived and the total invoice amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policies remain unaffected. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks.
