The holiday apartment is located in Georgsmarienhütte-Holzhausen in a quiet area. However, the adjacent highways and the city of Osnabrück are reachable within a few minutes. The apartment has a size of 84 sqm, is on the ground floor, and has a private entrance.

Main train station Osnabrück (distance 8 km) Arrival by bus: from Neumarkt Osnabrück with line 473 to "Patkenhof or Kolkmeyer', then about 400 m walk.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. and on the day of departure until 11 a.m.
Price
The landlord requests a deposit of 20 % for planned stays within one week. The remaining payment is due four weeks before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions:
Up to 42 days before arrival: € 20,- processing fee
41 to 10 days before arrival: 70 % of the rental price
9 to 0 days before arrival: 90 % of the rental price
