Adamello Brenta Sunshine is a 75mq apartment located in Sant'Antonio di Mavignola, consisting of: living room (where you will find a sofa that can become a double bed if necessary) and kitchen, bathroom with air fan, large double bedroom (where it will be possible also put a cot or a camping bed for the babies), bedroom with 2 single beds and closet.  Located in a sunny area, it is equipped with blackout curtains in the bedrooms and in the living room for those who sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is in an independent chalet. From the level of the square to that of the house you can access both via a staircase and a slide. The house overlooks the main road and is therefore clearly visible and easily accessible. Adamello Brenta Sunshine is a clima house with wall coat, double glazing and underfloor heating. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, towel warmer and ski rack. The apartment is equipped with a FWA Wi-Fi line speeds of up to 40 Mbps. You will have a complete bathroom linen set per person, bed linen and kitchen linen. In summer you can enjoy both the entrance, equipped with a sofa and a small table, and the terrace that surrounds the entire apartment with a large wooden table and benches, 2 sun beds, a fountain and wooden logs with flowers and plants, that delimit the garden.  It will also be possible to rent e-bikes directly under the house. The apartment is equipped with equipment and all the products for the hygiene and cleaning of the house.  Upon arrival you will find basic necessities such as oil, salt, vinegar, herbal teas, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soaps, to be able to use the house immediately while waiting for you to shop at the supermarket which is not very far far from home.  You will also find a little thought to welcome you. In front of the house you will find the bus and ski bus stop in the winter season.  In the square of the house you will have a parking space where you can park your car for free.  In the event that you arrive with more than one car, the other parking spaces will be subject to charges and we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so that we can ensure availability.
