Jelkin Hram guesthouse is located at the foot of the mighty Mt.Krn in Drežnica village, which is an excellent starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, paragliders… in short, mountains and nature lovers. The famous hiking trail Alpe Adria Trail (AAT) leads through Drežnica Village.
Homeliness, warmth, old customs, peaceful environment and clean nature have been preserved here for centuries. Here, the traveler finds peace and a place to rest and the adventurer has countless opportunities to experience himself in the fresh mountain air.
We offer bed and breakfast, half board, lunches for groups, homemade food… Finnish sauna, free WIFI, organized shuttle services, tandem paragliding, guided hiking and biking tours…
Take one of the many hiking or biking trails in the area or go for one of the activities offered by the Soča Region. -rafting, canyoning, kayaking, paragliding, climbing, horseback riding, zipline…
The guesthouse has a capacity of 30 beds.
Location
"Cin cin cin Drežnica..."…is a folk song lyrics. At the foot of the mighty mountain Krn and surrounded by the Julian Alps lies Drežnica. A small mountain village, located on the left bank of the Soca River, one of the most beautiful mountain rivers. It is only 5 km from Kobarid, from where you cross the Napoleon Bridge, continue along the winding road on the slope of Ozben. As you come to the top of the plateau, you can see the beautiful landscape, hidden from an ordinary tourist, and enter a world away from the traffic and noise. The guesthouse is located in the village, just beneath the church of »Srce Jezusovo«, which is one of the most beautiful religious monuments in the valley. You can find us by following the marked path.
