All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is a parking lot in the yard.
• The guest house is accessible without steps (door threshold 1.5 cm).
• The apartments and all rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps via the elevator. The elevator cabin is 100 cm x 148 cm.

Apartment 1st floor

• All passages/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
• The dining table and stove are wheelchair compatible. Sideboard/work surface and sink are not wheelchair compatible.

Bedrooms

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 132 cm x 300 cm;
  to the left of the double bed 127 cm x 300 cm; to the right of the double bed 132 cm x 300 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 142 cm x 200 cm;
  to the right of the single bed 148 cm x 350 cm.
• The beds are 53 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 330 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left of the WC 34 cm x 52 cm; to the right of the WC 60 cm x 52 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The right grab rail can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
• The shower without threshold is 208 cm x 330 cm. A grab rail and a shower seat are available.

Apartment III (2nd/3rd floor)

• All passages/doors are at least 88 cm wide (except bedroom 2).
• The apartment extends over 2 floors. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the 3rd floor. Stairs lead up from the living room (2nd floor), alternatively you can use the elevator in the hallway. 
• The dining table and the stove are wheelchair compatible. Sideboard/work surface and sink are not wheelchair compatible.

Bedrooms

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 270 cm x 400 cm;
  to the left of the double bed 95 cm x 166 cm; to the right of the double bed 130 cm x 166 cm.
• The bed is 49 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 63 cm x 264 cm;
  to the left of the double bed 98 cm x 400 cm; to the right of the double bed 63 cm x 264 cm.
• The bed is 48 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink 320 cm x 120 cm; in front of the WC 239 cm x 189 cm;
  to the left of the WC 110 cm x 51 cm; to the right of the WC 30 cm x 51 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The left grab rail can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower has a threshold of 2 cm and is 230 cm x 189 cm. A grab rail and shower seat are provided.

WC

• The manoeuvring spaces in the WC are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 138 cm x 100 cm;
  to the left of the WC 79 cm x 51 cm; to the right of the WC 25 cm x 51 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The left grab rail can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access.

• In the elevator, an emergency call is confirmed audibly. Alternatively, there are stairways.
• Knocking at the doors is not indicated by a flashing signal.
• In the bedrooms there is at least one freely available electrical outlet near the bed.
• WiFi access is available.
