Das frisch renovierte und gemütlich eingerichtete Chalet mit schönem Umschwung steht auf einer grossen Waldlichtung im Gantrisch-Gebiet, direkt neben dem Standort des ehemaligen «Grand Hotel Gurnigelbad». Das freistehende Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, zwei Badezimmer (eines davon mit Badewanne), eine Küche und ein Büro. Nebst den zwei Balkonen findet ihr zudem einen schönen Garten mit Liegeplätzen und einem Grill und eine ganzjährig zur Verfügung stehende Sauna.
