Anchor Cannes Riviera

Located at 62 Boulevard d’Alsace, this 12-apartment hotel is perfect for those seeking a true home away from home on the French Riviera. Here, Mediterranean light streams across the light-colored facades, the sea is never far away, and the city is best explored on foot—among bustling alleyways, the morning market, and trips back and forth to the Croisette.

The days unfold naturally between appointments, swims, and leisurely late afternoons. The property is ideal for both a short stay and an extended vacation. A coffee before heading down to the waterfront, a simple dinner after a day in the sun.

Here you’ll find the freedom of an apartment, the tranquility of a space of your own, and that special feeling of experiencing Cannes from the inside—amidst light, serenity, and movement.
