The Wimmerhof, which was first mentioned in a document in 1420, is operated as a grassland farm with dairy farming. At the moment we keep about 15 dairy cows with offspring, the breed German Fleckvieh. Our guests are welcome to join in or even help with the daily stable work. In the large animal enclosure dwarf goats, geese, ducks, rabbits and the smallest sheep breed in the world, the Quessant sheep, cavort. The great passion of the farmer and landlady Maria are the flowers and herbs that can be found around the farm and in the surrounding area. She has therefore trained a few years ago as a herbalist and is now very happy to share her knowledge with interested guests through herbal tours and hearty, flavorful dishes.

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg from Munich exit Rosenheim - B 15 direction Rosenheim - after about 3 km you pass the entrance to Rosenheim - after about 200m turn right direction Bad Endorf / Traunstein - after about 2 km take the slip road on the right and follow the road for 15 km direction Bad Endorf - in Bad Endorf turn left at the church (1. traffic light) direction Wasserburg. After 2 km take the road on the right up the hill towards Höslwang - after about 3 km you will reach Almertsham Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg from Salzburg exit Bernau am Chiemsee - turn right towards Prien (5km) - at the church in Prien turn left towards Bad Endorf - after 8.5 km you will reach Bad Endorf - at the church (2. traffic light) turn right towards Wasserburg. At the church (second traffic light) turn right in the direction of Wasserburg - after 2 km turn right up the hill in the direction of Höslwang - after approx. 3 km you will reach Almertsham Motorway A94 Munich - Passau - Exit 11 Ebersberg - then follow the B304 to Wasserburg - there turn onto the B15 in the direction of Rosenheim - after approx. 7 km turn left towards Griesstätt - follow the road for approx. 10 km - at the end of the road turn right towards Halfing - drive through Halfing - after approx. 2 km turn left up the hill towards Höslwang - 3 km further on you will reach Almertsham
