A warm welcome to the Steinerhof in St. Georgen am Kreischberg!
Relax surrounded by nature at our farm, which is over 400 years old and located just a short distance from the mountain adventures at Kreischberg.
In this World Cup host town, you’ll find not only fun-filled sporting activities for the whole family, but also peace and quiet in nature and cozy spots right here on our farm.
Look forward to exceptionally beautiful scenery and a family-run farm. Relax in our lovingly furnished vacation apartments in the farmhouse, where we carefully blend tradition with modern touches.
The vacation apartments feature new bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds.
Our cats, our child-friendly farm dog Aika, sheep, goats, bees, and our mother cows with their calves all roam freely around the farm.
Here, you’ll enjoy a vacation surrounded by all that the tourist town of St. Georgen am Kreischberg has to offer—the golf course is right nearby, the historic Murtalbahn (a steam train) passes right by the farm, and the Kreischberg—an adventure mountain for both summer and winter—is just a stone’s throw away.

How to find us: coming from Murau, take a left after the tavern "Schafferwirt", then proceed over a little bridge, and turn right after the bridge. After aprox. 150 meters you will reach a controlled level crossing. The second house on the left is our "Ferienhaus", and to our farm "Steinerhof" you’ll have to continue for 50 meters and turn left into our driveway.
Coming from direction Tamsweg, immadietly turn right after the „Kaindorf“ village sign, then cross the little bridge and turn right. After aprox. 150 meters you will reach a controlled level crossing. The second house on the left is our "Ferienhaus", and to our farm "Steinerhof" you’ll have to continue for 50 meters and turn left into our driveway.
