Right on our doorstep, the majestic Karawanken stretch out so close that you can almost touch them. Climb up and enjoy the enchanting view of the surrounding Rosental valley.
The mountaineering village of Zell-Pfarre 🏞🌞🌄also offers an indoor climbing wall, a via ferrata (climbing route), and family-friendly hikes around the Koschuta, as well as a water adventure trail through the Hainischgraben - a true paradise for active holidaymakers and families.

A highlight of our farm is our mother cows, chickens, ducks, cats, and our friendly farm dog Prinzi. 🐮🐔🦋🐄🐕😻In summer, our cows move up to the Male Alm pasture, which is easily accessible on foot from our farm. You can also reach the Hainischturm, the Hochturm, the Skarbinaschlucht (a well-known smugglers' path until the 1930s), the Koschutahaus, and the Plania Kofce Gora in just a few hours. Since the Karawanken form the border to Slovenia, you can also hike there, where active alpine pastures await you in summer.

Experience a unique natural spectacle when you go wildlife watching early in the morning with farmer Anton, just as the first rays of sun hit the valley. Deer, chamois, red deer, stags, golden eagles, and black grouse are just some of the fascinating animals you can marvel at in their natural environment.  This is also possible right from the terraces of our new holiday home Scarbina.

Our two brand new holiday apartments are perfect for couples, friends, or families looking for a break from everyday life. Here, each guest has their own entire floor at their disposal, with their own terrace, allowing you to enjoy absolute privacy and peace. Between our farm and the mountain peaks, there is plenty of space for children to discover nature, plants, and animals – pure freedom.🎈😉🎈
