„Schwalba“ - These are swallows.
The black and white songbirds with sensitive hearing and the typical forked tail fly with us throughout the summer and are just as much a part of our farm as dairy cows, young cattle, oxen and calves.
We are happy to give you an insight into farm life at Schwalbahof.
Help us with the stable work, feeding the animals, working in the fields, watering the calves or fencing.
If you prefer to take it easy, retreat to our lush snack garden and try the variety of berries, fruit and vegetables.
The more adventurous will find numerous opportunities for hikes, mountain bike or racing bike tours.
In winter, you can reach the Gurtis-Barzora ski lift in just a few minutes by bus. If you want to go higher, you will find pure skiing pleasure in the Brandnertal, Montafon or on the Arlberg.

By car
Once in Vorarlberg (A), take the A14/E60 Rheintal- und Walgauautobahn in the direction of Bludenz. After the Ambergtunnel, leave the highway at exit 41 Feldkirch/Frastanz and drive in the direction of Frastanz. In the center of Frastanz, continue in the direction of Nenzing. Hauptmann-Frick-Straße becomes Landammann-Egger-Straße. Turn right onto Beim Adler which becomes Roßinser, Haldener and Gampelüner Straße. After a good 2.5 kilometers you have reached your destination - Schwalbahof (Gampelünerstraße 41) - on the left side of the street.
by train/bus
via Innsbruck or Bregenz to Bludenz or Feldkirch. There you change to the Landbus 532 in the direction of Gurtis and get off at the stop Gampelün Kosa (300 meters from Schwalbahof) or take the regional train (S1) to Frastanz or Nenzing. We are happy to offer you a transfer from the train station or the bus stop.

From the nearest airports St. Gallen (Altenrhein), Zurich, Memmingen, Friedrichshafen and Munich you can reach us by train/bus or the airport shuttle services.
