Welcome to the Schintlbauer holiday farm in Annaberg, Lammertal!

Our organic farm greets you in a sunny and peaceful location 900 m above sea level. Look forward to magical views of the Tennengebirge and Gosaukamm, including the Donnerkogel and Bischofsmütze.

Our guests can choose between a newly built chalet and a holiday apartment.

Larger groups or families will find enough space in the chalet, a total of up to 9 people. The chalet was furnished with much love and local wood and is equipped with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room.

Our holiday apartment accommodate 2 – 6 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms as well as countless loving details.

Seating out in the garden invites you to while away the hours, while we also have a playground for our younger guests. Please also feel free to make use of the grill equipment.

The town center of Annaberg is 2 km away, while the lifts of the Dachstein West ski region are only 800 m from here. Set out on hikes, mountain bike tours, ski tours and walks through the open countryside from right here at the farm. The “freeride alpine” ski school stands right next to the valley station, which is where our 7-time world champion Marcel Hirscher first learned to ski.

Here at our farm, children are welcome to help feed the cows, calves, pigs and hens, fetch eggs from the nests and more. As for our rabbits, they simply love to be petted and given fresh food of their own.
