Schaidreithof

The sunny and peaceful location of our “Schaidreithof” farm in the Grossarl Valley in the heart of the Salzburg region promises you a vacation filled with peace, relaxation, and plenty of time together—and lots of adventure for children.

🐮 Vacation on the farm—fun for kids!
A true animal paradise awaits children around our farm: cows, calves, chickens, rabbits, and kittens are looking forward to being petted. Children can experience country life up close.

🧒Little guests can really let off steam on the playground with a trampoline, climbing tower with slide, and go-karts. Meanwhile, you can relax in our new covered garden area – also ideal for a cozy barbecue evening with a fantastic view of green meadows and mountains.

🎿The popular Salzburg holiday region of Großarl offers you a huge selection of sporting activities in both summer and winter – many of which start right from the farm. During your skiing vacation in Großarl, you will benefit from our central location: only about 5 km separate you from the Großarl-Dorfgastein and Snow Space Salzburg ski regions.

🌞If you spend your summer vacation in the Großarl Valley, you will quickly realize that the region is not called the “Valley of the Alps” for nothing. Whether it's a leisurely alpine hike with a stop at one of the 37 alpine huts or a challenging summit tour — a hiking vacation in the Großarl Valley in Salzburg promises unforgettable mountain experiences on 400 km of well-marked trails. Many tours can be started directly from the Schaidreithof. Mountain bikers, cyclists, and e-bikers will also get their money's worth here.
