Enjoy spring in the mountains! The fruit trees are in full bloom. The lush green of the meadows, the fresh green of the larches, and in the background the still white glistening mountains, birds chirping, blue skies and sunshine...
In the evening it cools down, and you can warm yourself by the cosy fireplace. Enjoy chatting, singing, playing music and having a little glass of cider. The smell of freshly baked bread comes in from the kitchen.

Arriving by car
A1 motorway from Vienna or Salzburg to Voralpenkreuz, continue along the A9 to Kirchdorf -> B138 until 1 km before Windischgarsten (Pichl), turn off to Vorderstoder after 7 km left farm entrance with a big sign "Rotbuchner"
Arriving by train
Pyhrnbahn (between Linz and Graz) train station "Windischgarsten" or "Roßleithen", both are about 8-9 km from the farm. All IC trains have a direct bus connection from Windischgarsten (to "Hinterstoder" or "Kirchdorf"), stopping right at our farm entrance (bus stop "Mitterhaus")
