The restaurant of Agritur Sandro in Sporminore is known for bringing the typical tradition of the region to the table with the undisputed king of nonesa cuisine, the potato cake, a favorite dish of the most loyal customers. Accompanied by mixed cold cuts, mixed cheeses, carne salada, or with lucanica pasta.
There is no shortage of other great classics, such as canederli, spätzle, mixed grill, beef slices. Upon reservation, the agriturismo also accepts special requests such as polenta and sauerkraut served with tender game.
