Across 120 m², a special retreat awaits you, featuring a veranda, natural swimming pond, sauna, freestanding bathtub, open-air SkyOnsen, tiled stove, wood-burning kitchen stove, and fully equipped kitchen. Clay plaster walls and stone pine bedding ensure a pleasant indoor climate and restful sleep.
Enjoy the view across meadows, fields, and forests all the way to the Traunstein and Großer Priel mountains, listen to the wind in the birch tree, and take time to arrive. For enjoyable vacation days, organic and FairTrade coffee as well as mineral water are provided; upon request, a regional breakfast variety can be stocked in the fridge alongside a daily bread delivery service.

Arrival by bus and train:
Arrival by public transport is possible. The nearest train station is Rohr im Kremstal-Bad Hall. Every passenger train on the Linz–Graz line stops here. From there, it is about 3 km to the accommodation. We are happy to organize a transfer to and from the train station in cooperation with our partner companies. Please contact us prior to your arrival.
