Our farm
Welcome to Rauhberger Farm - your holiday paradise in the northern Salzkammergut between Mondsee and Irrsee!
"From babies to grandpas, you're in the right place here, that's true." Families, couples, business travelers, seniors, teenagers, athletes, etc. ... Enjoy fresh air coupled with the quiet location on a hilltop with a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape of the Mondseeland. A large play and sunbathing lawn with a pleasant outdoor seating area and barbecue facilities are at your disposal as you wish.
We run a grassland farm with horses (boarded by private individuals) and heifer rearing. Besides horses and calves, many other animals such as sheep, cats, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese, and dogs await your visit.
The fresh air, the beautiful surroundings, the hearty breakfast, the homemade natural products, and last but not least, the personal care from the Schafleitner family make your holiday at Rauhberger an unforgettable experience.
Another tip for connoisseurs who fancy something special: We produce various types of egg noodles!

Guest Mobility Ticket included in your stay!
Every guest can use public transport free of charge throughout the entire state of Salzburg as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, and Unterach. This is valid for your arrival and departure, as well as throughout your entire stay.
If needed, we will send you the public transport ticket by email in advance after completing the online guest registration.
Arriving by car
Leave the A1 (Westautobahn) at the exit for Mondsee and follow the B154 in the direction of Zell am Moos for exactly 2.6 km. Then turn right onto Rauhbergstraße, follow the street up the small hill for approx. 300 m, and turn left into the entrance of our farm. Have a good journey!
