OLIVIA offers a feel-good atmosphere with its furnishings, secluded location and leisure facilities. A panoramic glass wall creates a direct link to nature and the seasons. The BienenAlm is a small farm with beekeeping on more than 40,000 square meters of land and a biotope area. It is located on a south-facing slope in a small valley with an eventful history.

Extensive forests, lush green meadows, endless paths and a swimming pond for your exclusive use. OLIVIA combines freedom, wellness and tranquillity with unspoiled nature. The location allows you to feel the sun from the first blink of an eye until it sets.

Carefully restored according to organic principles, OLIVIA accommodates three bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds over 100 square meters. In the gallery there is an old wood sauna with a view. Unobstructed views of the valley are also possible from the fully equipped eat-in kitchen or the living room with state-of-the-art media technology and open fireplace. The spacious bathroom with rain shower, waterfall and WC is also fully glazed on the south side. On the terrace, the heated hot tub offers enjoyment for romantic evenings under the stars or can be used unheated to cool off after the sauna.
