Mas dei Chini

The La Vigneria Restaurant, part of the ancient Mas dei Chini farm, is a charming restaurant set in a nineteenth-century farmhouse surrounded by vineyards on the hills of Trento. Here tradition and creativity meet in a culinary experience that celebrates the flavours of Trentino and the excellence of local products.

The cuisine offers seasonal and refined dishes, inspired by the gastronomy of the area, with genuine ingredients and careful pairings. The à la carte menu varies with the seasons and includes specialties such as polenta gnocchi, canederli, first courses and meats, always accompanied by the wines from the farm's cellar.

The interior is characteristic and welcoming, with furnishings that pay homage to rural tradition, while in the summer it is also possible to have lunch outdoors in the garden among the vineyards.
The restaurant is appreciated for both informal lunches and more refined dinners and offers an excellent ratio between quality and price, with many guests praising both the cuisine and the attention to service.

The Vigneria is therefore an ideal stop for those who visit Trento and want to taste typical Trentino dishes in an authentic and panoramic context, with the possibility of pairing local wines directly with the table.
