Enveloped in the spicy mountain air, listen to the natural music concert that surrounds you, which changes every day. Lying comfortably on a sun lounger in the middle of a green meadow, then back into the forest, hunting for the wonderful Herrenpilzen (boletus mushrooms), then listening to the far off twittering of the birds again and falling back into a refreshing sleep.

Sometimes the laughing sounds of happy children will predominate, and out of the relaxed corner of your eye you will catch sight of their happy faces - freedom at last, finally the holidays have arrived!

Then you hear the lowing of the cows, the pulsing of the milking machine, the tutting of the tractor and experience real country life.

Another time the tasty tones emanating from Gerti's kitchen will reach your ears. Conjured from farm produce, rounded off with things from Grandma Steffi's garden, they make for a wonderful symphony for the senses.
