Our organic farm Hochserner is located on a mountain at 730 m above sea level, surrounded by forests and meadows in a secluded location, and offers a unique two-lake view of Mondsee and Irrsee. Here you are guaranteed to find peace and relaxation!
A private swimming pond, a playground, and many children's vehicles guarantee a wonderful summer holiday. On our panoramic terrace, you can let us pamper you with a delicious breakfast.
Our guesthouse is gladly open for groups, parties, and celebrations upon request.

Our guests can use public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, and Unterach free of charge. This applies to arrival and departure as well as during the entire stay.
We will gladly send you the public transport ticket by email in advance, if required, after online guest registration.

We have a bus stop (Tiefgraben Hochserner) at the farm ROUTE 100 MONDSEE – IRRSEE
Arrival by car
Motorway A1 Mondsee exit, direction Zell am Moos /Straßwalchen, after approx. 4 km turn left at Irrsee Westufer, then after approx. 50 m turn left again, direction Kolomansbergstraße "Hochserner" about 4 km uphill!
