It has 5 independent houses: a detached 3-bedroom house with a private pool, a cluster of semi-detached apartments consisting of two 3-bedroom houses, one 2-bedroom house and one 1-bedroom house; and the Main House/Big House with 12 double bedrooms.

Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo has a total capacity of 48 beds with the possibility of 5 extra beds.
