Our beautiful guesthouse is located close to the centre, and yet still in the countryside, directly along the cycle route. After a stressful day at your seminar or at work, on a sightseeing tour in the gorgeous Mostviertel, on a hike, or enjoying a sunny day swimming at the Lunzer See, our guests can relax a bit in our large garden or simply finish off the day with a fine glass of wine or must.

In and around the house, there are a range of secluded spots where you can enjoy relaxing and doing nothing. Guests can make use of the cosy deckchairs and lounge furniture in the southern garden and enjoy the evening-time garden in the snug "Salettl", or pavillion.

How about cooling off a bit? A bit of pub-crawling in the Erlauf area or a visit at the public pool ist alsways a good idea on hot days. For our little guests, we also have a swing and sandbox, as well as various children's toys in our own guest-garden. The playground at the back of the garden also invites you to play football and volleyball. For table tennis fans, we have set up a table tennis table, and right next to the greenhouse, where we grow the vegetables for our breakfast, there is a small fire pit for barbecuing sausages or simply chatting over an open fire.

If you're missing a little herb when preparing your snack or lunch, then help yourself in our herb garden!

We haven't forgotten about barbecue fans either. Please let us know if you would like to barbecue in the garden. We have a charcoal and a gas barbecue.

Just like with the garden's layout, we have paid special attention to cosiness and functionality in furnishing our rooms. All rooms have at least a small kitchenette, shower, toilet, and WiFi. In our apartments, the kitchens are more spacious and of course, there is also a separate living room. We have tried to "translate" the English B&B into Lower Austrian. A cosy countryhouse style, tasteful decoration, and a homely atmosphere should make our guests' holidays sweeter.

Our main priority is enjoyment, so you can start the day here with a delicious regional breakfast. In summer, of course, you can do so in the garden.
