• There is a parking space available for the vacation apartment.
• The Kohlbach vacation apartment as well as the farmhouse (common room and sauna) are only accessible via a step of 22 cm. There is also a 4 cm step at the entrance to the vacation apartment.
• Two mobile ramps are available to overcome the step at the entrance to the Kohlbach vacation apartment. The ramps have a maximum gradient of 25.6% over a maximum total length of 1.35 meters.
• The terrace is only accessible via a door threshold of 27 cm. Alternatively, access to the terrace is via the front door (threshold 9 cm).
• All other rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest and are elevated are steplessly accessible. Exception: sauna.
• All doors/passages and paths that are usable and raised for the guest are at least 80 cm wide. Exceptions: The passageway to the sauna is only 50 cm wide and the passageway to the shower in the sauna is only 70 cm wide.
• One barrier-free room is available.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The work surface in the kitchen and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/table is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm. 
• The WC cannot be accessed from the side. There is a fixed grab rail.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• Access to the shower is via a 2 cm high threshold. A shower chair is available, but no grab rails.

• There is no audio induction system available. 
• Wi-Fi is available.
• At least one double or multi-bed room is available.
• There is a freely available socket near the bed.
• In the living area of the Kohlbach apartment there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
