Visitors can enjoy an impressive sight every year in spring from April to May, when the approximately 300 fruit trees bloom. However, a short “tour” to the fruit farm for walkers on Lichtentaler Allee is worthwhile at any given time. A special highlight on the grounds of the orchard is a historic fruit barn from the 1930s, where the annual apple blossom festival takes place and where visitors can treat themselves with a variety of home cooking specialties.
Hikers are given the opportunity from the Lichtentaler Allee to reach the forests of Baden-Baden via a typical cultural landscape and even further to the Panorama Trail (Panoramaweg) and the Geroldsauer Mühle.
In 2017, an innovative and future-oriented project was launched on the grounds of the Leisberg fruit farm in cooperation with the city of Baden-Baden and the Unterbeuern community. By offering tree sponsorships, interested parties can take an active part in the design and development of nature. A tree sponsorship includes the signage of the tree with the name of the sponsor and the registration number, the use of the yield and the tree care.
