The newly-renovated flat house combines tradition and modernity. When it comes to furniture, we have placed great value on high-quality, natural materials and the room’s country house style design is well thought through. We therefore have produced the best conditions for your perfect feel-good holiday - and before one of the Alps’ most beautiful mountain backdrops at that.
We have a ski and mountain bike storage room, shoe room, ski service and waxing table, and a shoe dryer at your disposal.
Children will have fun at our petting zoo with many little animals (pony, goats, rabbits, cats, ducks, sheep, chickens...).
A playground with trampoline, a swing with slide, and a football field guarantee a lot of fun for the little ones...and parents will appreciate the large garden where you can grill.
No matter which season of the year you opt for, we offer you the ideal starting point for your plans or the ideal retreat location for relaxation.
The Forsterhof is in a quiet but very central location, directly next to the town centre. Ramsau’s entire infrastructure is accessible in less than five minutes by foot - incl. the world championship stadium and ski jump facility, event centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna.

Anreise mit der Bahn
Alle internationalen Züge der Österreichischen Bundesbahn (ÖBB) halten im Bahnhof Schladming. Von Schladming mit Buslinie 960 der Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe (RVB) bis Haltestelle 15 Minzlhof. Die Haltestelle ist weniger als 1 Minute von Ihrem Ziel entfernt.
Infos zur Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
- Anreise mit Bus möglich (nächste Bushaltestelle: Minzlhof/Forsterhof, ca. 100 m entfernt)
- Von der Bushaltestelle zu uns: zu Fuß
- Normalerweise fahren Busse 1x pro Stunde an Wochentagen und 1x pro Stunde am Wochenende und an Feiertagen.
- Anreise mit Zug möglich (nächster Bahnhof: Bahnhof Schladming, ca. 8 km entfernt)
- Vom Bahnhof zu uns: Anrufsammeltaxi, Wandertaxi oder Wanderbus, Öffentlicher Linienbus, Taxi
- Normalerweise fahren Züge 1x pro Stunde an Wochentagen und 1x pro Stunde am Wochenende und an Feiertagen.
- In unserer Gemeinde gibt es folgendes Mobilitätsangebot: Wanderbus oder Wandertaxi, Fahrrad-Verleih
- Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos in 0,5 km
