Our charming holiday farm is located at an altitude of 700m above the beautiful Zell am Moos in a sunny, quiet location with a wonderful view of Lake Irrsee.
Our comfortably furnished holiday apartments offer plenty of comfort so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday alone, as a couple, or as a family on our farm.
The playground directly in front of the house with a sandbox, trampoline, slide, and several children's vehicles, as well as our animals and the opportunity to help out on the farm, will keep everyone entertained.
For your breakfast, you can have fresh bread and pastries delivered daily from the village bakery and enjoy fresh eggs and milk from our farm.
Those seeking relaxation can enjoy the peace, nature, and the beautiful panorama from a deck chair, while for all adventurous guests, our dreamlike lake and mountain region offers countless opportunities for hiking, climbing, cycling, or swimming.
You can wind down your holiday day with a cozy barbecue evening on the terrace or with a schnapps on our bench in front of the house.

Our guests can use public transport throughout the entire province of Salzburg as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang and Unterach free of charge. This applies to your arrival and departure as well as throughout your entire stay.
If required, we will be happy to send you the public transport ticket in advance by email after you complete your online guest registration.
Arrival by Car
At the Mondsee motorway exit, turn left towards Straßwalchen. After approx. 6 km, you will reach the village of Zell am Moos. At the second intersection (Bauhof and Fernheizwerk), turn right. Go straight up the hill, after approx. 1 km you will reach the village of Lindau and after approx. 1.5 km turn right at the intersection. Immediately after that, keep left and you have arrived.
