This small, romantic and charming farmhouse has been renovated by using simple means so that the original character is still preserved and can be felt. The comfort lies in the peace, seclusion and proximity to nature. The bathroom and kitchen block (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) have been newly furnished and you can also use an original old wood stove for cooking or heating.

Danube cycle path, nature reserve, swimming lakes, water skiing, golf, horse riding .....etc.

20 minutes by car to Linz, 10 minutes by bike to the Danube - Danube Cycle Path, Pesenbachtal nature reserve, swimming lakes, water skiing, golf, horse riding ... etc.

The house is located on a slight slope, at the beginning of the Mühlviertel hill country with a view to the west (evening sun) over the Eferdinger basin.
It is in the middle of nature, surrounded by old walnut trees and not accessible by car. It can be reached on foot via a short ascent (1-2 minutes).
