You want to spend your holiday at an original Tyrolean farmhouse? Enjoy the atmosphere of our painstakingly restored farmhouse which has a 300-year history to look back on. Our roomy comfortable rooms and apartments, decorated in a Tyrolean style offer everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Our central but quiet area allows you to reach the restaurants and shops of the area in only a few minutes' walk (without any great slopes). The Stubai valley railway is to be found nearby so that you can get there comfortably even without a car. We have a large garden with a sunbathing area and children's play area away from the street.

Directions
Arrival by car: A12 in the direction of Innsbruck, then on the A13 in the direction of Brenner to the exit for Schönberg/Stubaital. Towards the valley, turn right on the Bundesstrasse and after approx. 6 km take the exit in the direction of Fulmes/Telfes. At the end of the street turn left in the direction of Fulpmes. Cross the railway platforms and take the upper street past the railway station. After around 50 m you will see our farm on the left-hand side of the street. Drive past the short-term parking left down to our farm (keep left and you will see our car parking spaces)
Arrival with the Stubai valley railway. The Stubai valley railway departs hourly from Innsbruck main station and arrives in Fulpmes after around 60 minutes (with incredible views). Take the upper street into town and our farm is to be found after around 50 metres on the left side (before the bridge and the short term parking area).
Arrival by bus: The STB line in the direction of Mutterberger Alm leaves every half hour from Innsbruck main station. Get out at Fulpmes town centre. Go up the street past Sport Leo and the Denifl bakery. Cross using the zebra crossing and continue straight on until the Premm bakery. Cross the street here and you will see our farm sign. It does not matter which of the paths you take; if you keep going straight you will get to our farm.
