Spanning an expansive 280 m² over two floors, our spacious home provides ample room for up to 12 guests to relax and unwind. Perfectly situated on a large meadow in Ausserlitz, you're just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant town center, offering diverse shops, delightful restaurants, and convenient access to the train station with excellent bus connections. The ski bus stop is right at your doorstep, and private parking for up to 6 cars ensures easy arrivals and departures. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather for memorable meals and cozy evenings in the separate, traditional Montafon parlor dining room, complete with a TV. This floor also includes two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and an additional separate WC. Upstairs, discover a private wellness oasis with a sauna, shower, relaxation room, and infrared cabin – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The upper floor hosts three additional bedrooms: one serene double bedroom and two versatile bedrooms each furnished with a double bed and a single bed.
