Your cozy garden apartment with covered terrace and access to the cottage garden is located in our farmhouse, which was newly built in 2024. On our organic farm with 9 hectares of land, you can explore nature and all of our animals. A small pond with its own jetty invites you to relax. Whether enjoying a quiet getaway, helping out on the farm, or discovering Carinthia – our farm offers the right thing for everyone. The farm is situated on the mountain, in a very quiet and private setting, yet only 7 minutes by car from Völkermarkt. There are many hiking and cycling trails on the mountain and on the flat terrain. Skiing, downhill biking, and hiking are possible at Petzen, which is 30 minutes away by car.

Directions
Whether arriving via the motorway from the direction of Graz or Klagenfurt, take the Völkermarkt Ost exit towards Griffen. After 50 (100) meters, turn sharp left towards Gletschach; in Gletschach, turn left towards Haimburg. In Haimburg, immediately after Gasthof Kilian, turn right towards Haimburgerberg. After 1.6 km, turn left at the intersection, and after another 30 meters, turn right onto the gravel road. After approx. 300 meters, you will reach our farm.
If you are arriving by train or plane, we can pick you up in Klagenfurt. Please just contact us.
