Welcome to our farm Bauernhof Knoblechner
Our organic farm is perched on a quiet hill between the lakes Mondsee and Irrsee. A lot of cycling and hiking trails run past our farm and invite you to explore our beautiful surroundings. There are a restaurant and a snack tavern within 5-10 minutes (on foot) from our farm. Here, you can savour on local delicacies.
Far away from traffic, children can romp and play on the large meadow with playground. Discover our farm with cows, calves, chicken, rabbits and cats. We’re happy to provide you with organic milk from hay-fed cows, fresh eggs and fresh rolls from the bakery (delivered daily).
Take advantage of outdoor activities that are possible on the trails next to our farm such as running, walking, cycling and mountain biking.
We accommodate guests from May to October. Our two holiday apartment are located in a separate house next to our farmhouse. This means that you can rent the entire house for your group. Ideal for 2-3 families or 10 guests.

Our guests can use public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg, as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, and Unterach free of charge. This applies to both your arrival and departure, as well as throughout your entire stay.
If required, we will be happy to send you the public transport ticket in advance by email after your online guest registration.
Directions by car
A1 - Mondsee motorway exit towards Straßwalchen/Irrsee - approx. 1 km straight ahead - turn left at the yellow house on the left side (Glaserei Lang) (towards Camp Mondseeland) - straight over the hilltop downwards - after the bridge turn left - on the rise, the first farmhouse on the left
