Our farm is located in Zell am Moos in the beautiful Mondsee region. It is an organically managed cattle farm that has been passed down through the generations within our family for many years.
In 2017, we switched to organic farming because it is very important to us as a family to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, even in our agricultural practices.
In 2022, we completely renovated and modernized the apartments. For the entire reconstruction, we hand-processed our own wood. And... our new playground tower has just been completed and is now available for both young and old to enjoy.

Guest Mobility Ticket included in your stay!
Every guest can use public transport free of charge throughout the entire state of Salzburg as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, and Unterach. This is valid for your arrival and departure, as well as throughout your entire stay.
If needed, we will send you the public transport ticket by email in advance after completing the online guest registration.
By Car:
Take the Mondsee motorway exit towards Straßwalchen. In Zell am Moos, turn at the intersection of B154 and L1281 towards Frankenmarkt. After about 2 km, turn right onto "Güterweg Oberlehen" towards Kohlstatt 26. The farm is located on the left side of the road.
By Train:
- Vienna - Attnang Puchheim - Frankenmarkt, then take the bus (hourly) from Frankenmarkt to Zell am Moos
- Munich - Salzburg - Oberhofen, then take the bus from Oberhofen to Zell am Moos
By Bus:
- Salzburg - Mondsee - Zell am Moos
- Graz - Wels - Frankenmarkt - Zell am Moos
- Zurich - Salzburg - Mondsee - Zell am Moos
By Plane:
Flights to Vienna, Salzburg, and Munich are available. From there, you can take a train, bus, or taxi to reach us.
