• Two separate residential units in their own buildings – modern, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for your stay.

• Pure nature: Sheep at the farm, cows in the meadows (May–October), and vast landscapes.

• Breathtaking panoramic views into the Karawanks and down into the valley of Lower Carinthia.

• Plenty of sun: Diex is known as the sunniest place in Austria.

• Fully equipped kitchen – ideal for cooking, baking, and enjoying.

• Fireplace for cozy, warm evenings in a relaxed atmosphere.

• Fitness and wellness area (approx. 35 sqm) with a sauna, shower, and high-quality equipment – a place where body and mind come into balance.

A place for you – in silence, mindfulness, and consideration

Our Auszeithof is a retreat for adults – a space that belongs to you when you are ready to fully arrive within yourself. Therefore, our offer is exclusively aimed at people aged 18 and over who consciously seek this special silence and depth.

As much as we love animals – unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs or other pets. On one hand, we want to design the space so that people with pet hair allergies can feel completely comfortable. On the other hand, we do not want to disturb the sheep and cows that are part of this place and react sensitively to disturbance.

We are a non-smoking farm. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. We thank you for your understanding.
