We offer a PLEASANT SENSE OF COMFORT in our lovingly furnished holiday apartments. The apartments for 2-6 people are beautifully decorated and feature all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay.
OUR LOCATION IS THE IDEAL STARTING POINT for many hikes, mountain tours to the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks of the Ötztal Alps, excursions to Merano, Innsbruck or nearby Switzerland, and other sporting activities such as rafting in the Inn River, mountain biking, swimming in the Ried bathing lake or in the adventure pool in Prutz.
While parents relax from everyday stress on our sunbathing lawn or in the garden gazebo, your children can have fun at the on-site adventure playground, swing, sandbox, and table tennis.

Arriving by carGarmisch-Fernpaß-Imst-Landeck-Prutz-Kauns Garmisch-Zirl-Imst-Landeck-Prutz-Kauns Arlberg-Landeck-Prutz-Kauns From Prutz turn left at the traffic lights (pass by the Hotel Post-Gemeindeam/Bank in the direction of Kauenrtal); turn off left at the junction that comes after you pass the bottle neck and continue along the main road past the district of Faggen to Kauns. In Kauns continue straight ahead along the main road past the church in the direction of Kaunertal, passing by Falkeis guesthouse, Gemeindeamt Kauns and the Volkschule building. Our house is number 15 and is located right next door to the Volkschule building on the left-hand side. Check-in: from 1 pm Check-out: until 10 am Earlier check-in: Please ask in advance! There is a maximum of 2 car parking spaces per apartment (otherwise on request)
Arriving by train
Train station Landeck. There are regular bus connections to Kauns or, upon prior arrangement, we can come and collect you!
