Vacation in an almost forgotten paradise

The fountain in front of the rustic wooden cabin splashes gently. Bellflowers, daisies, and yarrows sway in the soft wind, you sit on the wooden bench, gaze at the summit of the Hochstadel in the Lienz Dolomites and feel: Here and now, vacation and relaxation begin.

The 260-year-old alpine cabin "Bodnerkammer" has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers space for a maximum of 6 people in two bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. A wood-burning stove, a gas stove, and a refrigerator allow you to cook with ease.

Bathing luxury on the alpine pasture

A special gem of our cabin is the "bathroom"! In the Bodnerkammer, you have the opportunity to enjoy a full bath by candlelight.

Veranda

A covered veranda completes the offer at the Bodnerkammer. Even if it should rain, you can sit comfortably sheltered by the cabin and experience a real thunderstorm on the alpine pasture up close.

The Bodnerkammer is 5 kilometers away from the small mountain village of Zwickenberg, in the municipality of Oberdrauburg in the Upper Drau Valley / Carinthia, and is easily accessible by car.

Pet-friendly cabin
Pets are very welcome here. Your dogs will enjoy the spacious outdoor area around the cabin. A fee of €40 per dog / week will be charged.
