By car from Vienna, take the A2 to the Sebenstein junction, S6 Semmering towards Bruck/Mur, S6 at the Bruck/Mur junction - change to the S35 towards Graz, expressway exit Mixnitz, over the roundabout towards Breitenau-Teichalm, and you are already in the Almenland, now you have various possibilities, as shown on the following sketch.

A2 Vienna to the Sebenstein junction, S6 Semmering towards Bruck/Mur, S6 at the Bruck/Mur junction - change to the S35 in the direction of Graz, motorway exit Frohnleiten-Süd,continue over the Rechbergsattel to Tulwitz, and you are already in the Almenland, now you have various possibilities, as shown on the following sketch.

A2 Vienna to the Sebenstein junction, continue on the A2 towards Gleisdorf / Graz, motorway exit Gleisdorf-West, continue towards Weiz, in Weiz drive towards Passail (Almenland Teichalm-Sommeralm), now you have various possibilities, as shown on the following sketch.


By car from southern Germany

A8 Munich - Salzburg, A10 towards Klagenfurt to the Radstadt exit, B320 to Liezen drive onto the A9 - towards Graz, on the A9 junction St. Michael continue towards Vienna (there is a toll charged in the direction of Graz ), on the S6 to the Bruck/Mur junction - exit the S35 towards Graz,

expressway exit Mixnitz, over the roundabout towards Breitenau-Teichalm, and you are already in the Almenland, now you have various possibilities, as shown on the following sketch.

By car from northern Germany

A3 Germany - to the border town of Passau, A8 to Wels - continue on the A9 towards Graz - to the St. Michael junction (there are two options from here)

1. At the junction continue on the A9 towards Graz (toll charge for the Gleinalm tunnel) - exit Deutschfeistritz/Friesach - then rejoin the S35 directly by turning left on towards Bruck/Mur - exit Frohnleiten -Rechbergsattel (B64) - you are now in the Almenland, just follow the signs to your chosen destination.

2. At the junction, continue on the S6 towards Vienna, junction Bruck/Mur - exit onto the S35 towards Graz - on the S35 (currently with road works) drive to the Mixnitz exit and from there continue to Breitenau/Hochlantsch, and you will have arrived in the Almenland.
