Der 2008 eröffnete Wohnmobilstellplatz mit 5 Stellplätzen für Fahrzeuge bis 8 m Länge liegt idyllisch am Hexenturm der gut erhaltenen Stadtmauer direkt an der Werra. Obwohl der Stellplatz sehr ruhig am Rande eines Wohngebietes liegt, sind es bis zum historischen Zentrum, zu gastronomischen Einrichtungen, zu Einkaufsmärkten und zur Touristinformation nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Stellplätze befinden sich auf Rasengitterplatten, die Vorplätze sind gepflastert.
