The Schauß family not only pampers you with excellent wines, but also offers you a vacation in the beautiful wine village of Monzingen with delicious homemade dishes at the Stadtmühle Monzingen.
With the aim of producing wines of the highest quality, the Schauß winery operates under the motto "less is often more." The foundation for this is already laid in the vineyard, taking into account the characteristics of the individual vineyard sites.
With the Stadtmühle Monzingen, the Schauß family offers you the opportunity to stay at the winery, enjoy delicious food, and linger over excellent wines. Hikers looking for a short rest will also be pampered with fine dishes here.
