Camping for the whole family right by the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
Camping for the whole family right by the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The Dangast beach campsite is located directly on the Jade Bay and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2009. The sandy beach, the magnificent mudflats of the Jade Bay and the changing tides of ebb and flow are always a new experience for visitors.
A vacation with a dog is also possible in selected areas of the beach campsite.
The beach campsite has been extensively qualified in recent years. The comfort pitches in the northern area have been significantly enlarged to approx. 100 square meters and have their own water and waste water connection. The basic pitches in the middle of the site are somewhat smaller. A new sanitary building with rental bathrooms has been built.
The daily use of the DanGastQuellbad for 1.5 hours is included in the rental price for guests of the beach campsite.
And this is also available at the beach campsite:
  • 4 chic blue and white North Sea carts in a "construction trailer look" directly on the water, fully furnished for 2 people
  • 3 sleeping beach chairs in direct proximity to the beach and water - spend the night directly on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site with a view of the starry sky, for 2 people or small families up to max. 3 people
In the immediate vicinity of the beach campsite are:
-   The World Heritage portal "Watt'nBlick" directly on the dyke with tourist information, store, children's playroom, Watt'nSauna, Beauty & Skin Lounge, event rooms and restaurant
-    The iodine brine leisure pool DanGastQuellbad
-    World Heritage Playground "Wattbuttjer"
-    Beach bar PRICKE
-    Shopping facilities
