Campingplatz Wappenschmiede

On approximately 0.8 hectares of space, the site offers about 25 caravan or motorhome pitches and about 25 tent pitches. 30 permanent pitches are available. The pitches are separated from one another. All pitches have grass surfaces, and the paths are paved. Due to its location at the edge of the forest, campers can choose between shaded or sunny spots.

The tiled sanitary facilities feature 12 washbasins and 4 individual shower cabins. Showers and outdoor washbasins are equipped with hot water. In addition, there are 5 toilets and 2 urinals. The rooms are heated during the colder months. Furthermore, there are washing-up sinks, laundry sinks, and a washing machine available upon request. There are disposal facilities available. The site is illuminated at night. All pitches (except tent pitches) have electrical connections. A "hotspot" for internet access is available for you free of charge. Satellite reception is limited, but DVB-T2 is available everywhere. Pets are allowed. Food items (bread, sausages, and wine, the three elixirs of life for the Palatinate) can be found in St. Martin. High-quality wine purchases are possible at every winery in St. Martin.

The restaurant Wappenschmiede offers not only traditional German cuisine but also Palatinate specialties.

As we love children, there is a playground and a table tennis room (please bring your paddles and balls). Mini golf at the Parkcafe (200 m), swimming opportunities in the beautiful outdoor pool Maikammer (3 km), where there are also tennis courts. Holiday Park, Hassloch (20 km), Cathedral of Speyer with the historical museum of the Palatinate - international exhibitions - (20 km), Maginot Line - fortifications - (Alsace 35 km). Many hiking opportunities in the Palatinate Forest and surroundings, e.g., Kalmit (3 km), Hambach Castle (4 km), Ludwigshöhe Castle (4 km), chairlift to the castle ruins of Rietburg (4 km).
