1 attic apartment with a sunroom and 1 separate double bedroom with a panoramic window on the 1st floor. Accommodates 2 to 6 people. Quiet location with a beautiful view. Ideal for taking a breather and unwinding. Herb garden with shady fruit trees, patio furniture, barbecue area, swing, and granite stones. Bicycle and hiking trails start right at the house. The Bernhardiweg trail in the Waldviertel passes right by the house.

Fiber-optic connection—Wi-Fi in all rooms, flat-screen satellite TV, in-room safe, baby equipment: high chair, crib, on-site parking with an enclosed space for single-track vehicles. All of this is available for your use free of charge.

Cancellations are not free of charge. Please note: The right of withdrawal under § 18(1)(10) FAGG does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

We will hand you the key in person and invite you to enjoy coffee, tea, or apple juice.
All prices are listed in euros. The invoice amount is to be paid in cash to the landlord on the day of arrival, free of charge.

No advance payment required. The total travel price is to be paid in cash in EUR upon your arrival.

Additional services and surcharges: Nightly accommodation tax €2.60 per night per person aged 15 and older.
Final cleaning fee for the vacation rental: €50
