Jedná se o novostavbu chalupy v Jeseníkách, v oblasti Snowparku Paprsek a Olšanka v obci Velké Vrbno, nadm. výška 820 m.

Chalupa je situovaná přímo na rozhradní 2 sjezdovek. Svou polohou a vybavením je vhodná především pro rodiny s dětmi, ale i pro malé skupiny lidí. K dispozici jsou dva 5-ti lůžkové apartmány v přízemí chalupy,situované směrem na jih.
