It is an accessible apartment on the ground floor (49 m²) composed of 2 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The only bedroom has a double bed. The equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room (sofa bed for 2 persons). There is a bathroom with an Italian shower equipped with a retractable shower seat as well as a grab bar and a suspended toilet also equipped with a grab bar.
